Products and descriptions

We offer gemstone rings, silver bands, couple rings and loose gemstones. Product photographs show the seller's original pieces. Stone colour, markings and appearance can vary with natural variation, lighting and screens. Seller-listed stone origin and material information is shown in the product description; a photograph or description is not an independent gemstone certification.

Pre-orders and enquiries

Many pieces are available by pre-order rather than immediate dispatch. Before payment, contact us to confirm the exact piece, stone, ring fit and dispatch timing. Products marked price on request require a quote and confirmation before purchase. Instagram highlight archives are reference designs, not confirmation of current availability.

Prices and payment

Store and checkout prices are in Bahraini dinar (BHD). Other displayed currencies are estimates only. Final product prices, shipping and any checkout charges are shown before payment. Your bank or card issuer may apply conversion or international transaction fees. Use only the payment methods offered by the store or confirmed by our team.

Order details and confirmation

Provide accurate contact, fit and delivery details. An order acknowledgement records your request; we will contact you if availability, fit, price or delivery requires clarification. Any proposed change must be agreed with you. If we cannot fulfil your paid order, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Delivery, changes and returns

Delivery charges and pre-order timing are explained in our shipping policy. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Availability of changes depends on the order's progress and applicable consumer rights. Our returns policy applies to refunds and exchanges.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit false payment information. Product photographs, brand content and designs must not be reused commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.
